Alcohol seizure in Kangiqsujuaq

On October 12, the NPS seized an important load of contraband alcohol coming from the Post Office in Kangiqsujuaq. The illegal goods consisted of nine parcels containing 48 Smirnoff vodka bottles of 1.75 litres and 9 of 750-ml. The NPS estimated that the total street value of the load at more than $21,000.
